10 lbs. potatoes
2 large onions
1 ˝ c. salad oil
2 c. cider vinegar
2 c. water
1 lb. bacon
2 T. dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins. Cool, peel, and slice. Cut up onions and sauté in salad oil. Add vinegar and water until warm. Brown bacon, drain, and cut up. Add bacon to potatoes. Add parsley. Add onion and season with salt and pepper.
