1 lb. bag of red potatoes
1 stick of butter
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes for about 20 minutes. Do not peel!
2. Drain and place in a mixing bowl.
3. While potatoes are still hot, use a hand chopper or large cooking spoon and chop up potatoes. They will be lumpy.
4. Add stick of butter, sour cream (you may not want all the sour cream so add about 1/2 to 2/3 and taste), and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well mixed.
5. Serve while still hot.
