2 chicken breast with bone
1 small bag of small carrot
1 large onion, chopped
6 celery stalks, sliced
1 chicken bouillon
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. to 1 c. of rice (optional)


Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large pot with cold water, boil chicken, carrots, onions, and celery until chicken falls off the bone.
2. Take everything out of pot but leave liquid in pot and save.
3. Chop chicken, carrots, onion, and celery.
4. Add salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon to liquid.
5. Add chicken and vegetables back to pot. Stir and serve.

To make chicken and rice soup, add a 1/2 cup to 1 cup of cooked rice to the mixture at the end.
