1/2 lb de beurre
1 boîte de lait Eagle Brand
1 1/2 tasse de sirop de maïs clair
3/4 tasse d’eau froide

Directions:
Directions:
mettre dans une casserole sur le rond de la cuisinière Cassonade,sirop de maïs et beurre et cuire lentement (laisser bouillir environ 8 minutes) en brassant régulièrement.
ensuite retirer du feu et ajouter doucement l’eau froide et le lait Eagle Brand.
conserver au frigidaire dans une armoire fraîche si vous le bettez au frigo il va durcir.
