8 oz can minced clams, drained
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp onion juice
18-20 1" bread rounds
4 TBSP butter
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine clams, cream cheese, onion juice. Saute one side of bread rounds in butter, then spread clam mixture on unbuttered side. Broil until bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika.

Use a shot glass to create the bread rounds.
