1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 t. Cream of tartar or 1 T. White corn syrup
1/8 t. Salt
1/3 c. Water
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. Pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place all but vanilla in the top of a double boiler. Beat with hand held electric mixer for 1 minute. Place top over boiling water, making sure the water doesn't touch the bottom of the top pan. (Could cause frosting to become grainy) Beat constantly on high for 7 minutes. Beat in vanilla.
