2 c. Bittersweet chocolate chips ( Ghirardelli or any high quality chocolate for best results)
1 c. Heavy cream

Directions:

Heat cream until bubbles form on edges- almost boiling. Watch closely not to boils over, remove from heat. Pour chips into hot cream and let sit for 10 minutes or so.
Whisk until smooth (great kid job-its magic!)
You can immediately dip cupcakes or use as chocolates fondue. As it cools it will get firm, just reheat enough to make liquid again.
One recipe is enough for 60 cupcakes. Keep proportions the same can half or double the recipe!
