1 1/2 cups White Sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter Softened (brought to room temperature)
2 large Eggs
1/2 cup Sour Milk (regular milk plus 1 teaspoon Baking Soda)
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
3 Ripe Bananas
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Optional: 3/4 cup chopped and toasted pecans or walnuts

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar together with a mixer. Mash the bananas and add with other ingredients and mix.

To toast nuts bake them at 300 degrees in the oven for about 10 minutes or until they smell toasted.

Spray loaf pan(s) with Pam. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Use 1 full size or 2 small loaf pans. Bake until when inserting a toothpick, the toothpick comes out clean.
