Ingredients:  
1 (16 oz) pkg Pepperidge Farm Seasonal Herb Stuffing Mix, not cubes
1 Stick Butter
1 C diced celery
1 C diced onions
Approximately 4 cups of broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onions in butter until slightly browned. Put stuffing mix in large bowl. Add melted butter, onions and celery. Add hot broth until desired moistness (it can absorb moisture as it bakes so it can be a bit on the soupy side)
Pour into buttered baking dish or buttered crock pot. Bake at 350º for about 40 min.
