4 Chicken thighs
half a cup of yellow mustard
quarter of a cup of honey
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of salt and pepper
4 slices of bacon

marinate chicken in the all ingredients except the bacon. You can marinate overnight or for just a few hours. Wrap bacon around the each chicken thigh. You can grill these outside or put on a cookie sheet in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cook these for a crowd just double the recipe.

When you buy the chicken thighs marinate them right of way and then freeze them in two in a bag. Then when you are ready just thaw them out and wrap the bacon around them and you are ready to cook. It will save you time and help you with cooking just for two. Serve this with a salad and you have a healthy meal or you can serve with a baked potato with all the fixings. Put the potato in the oven as soon as you get home from work because they will need an double the time of the chicken.
