1 stick butter
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. sugar
5 medium eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Beat butter and oils. While beating add sugar slowly and eggs one at a time. Keep beating and alternate adding flour and milk. Add salt, vanilla, and lemon extract and beat until blended. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 45 minutes. Use a toothpick to test for doneness. Continue baking for up to one hour total until center is done.
