1 Package of 8 ounce cream cheese - softened
1 Cup dairy sour cream
1/4 Cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Can (17 ounces) apricot halves, drained
1 Can (16 1/2 ounces) pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
1 Can (8 1/2 ounces) crushed pineapple in syrup, drained
1 Cup miniature marshmallows

Beat cream cheese in 2 1/2 quart bowl until smooth.
Beat in sour cream, sugar and salt on low speed.
Cut apricot halves into halves.
Reserve a few cherries for garnish.
Stir in apricots and remaining cherries, pineapple and marshmallows into cheese mixture.
Pour into 4 1/2 cup mold or 6 individual molds.
Cover and freeze at least 8 hours.
Remove molds from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
Unmold.
Garnish with reserved cherries.
