2-3 chopped onions
butter for browning
½ pound of chopped mushrooms
1 pound shrimp (frozen and thawed is fine, or fresh)
1 pound scallops (frozen and thawed is fine, or fresh)
6 oz crab meat (canned is fine)
1 c cream or more to taste OR a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of cream of potato soup.
optional: add cooked peas
optional: add a can of lobster if you feel decadent
optional: 1 T or more curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the onions and mushrooms in the butter.
Add the fish, and cook through.
Add the cream / soup, peas and curry powder
Heat through.
Serve in a bowl with crusty bread or over rice.
