6 ears corn, cooked by prepared method (I prefer grilled)
6 T mayo
2 t chili powder
1/4 c grated cotija cheese
1/4 c fresh cilantro, chopped
2 limes, wedged
Directions:
Directions:
Slather unhusked cooked corn with mayo. Roll each ear of corn in cotija cheese and sprinkle with chili powder and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over each ear.
