1 (10 oz.) can ROTEL Original Diced Tomatoes &
Green Chiles, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) blocks Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 ( 4 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained

Directions:

STIR together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in cheese and pimento. Serve with crackers or on sandwiches.
YIELD: 2 1/2 cups





NOTE: Pre-shredded cheese is not recommended for this recipe,
