11 Med Potatoes
3 Cloves Garlic
1/2 C Margarine
8 oz. Cream Cheese
Sm. Container Sour Cream
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
3/4 C Diced Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the Potatoes and garlic together and mash when cooked.
Add the rest of the ingredients and whip with an electric mixer.
Grease a 13x9 Pan - spread potatoes in pan and let sit overnight.
Bake at 350º for 45 min uncovered.

These also freeze very well. Put in Freezer after you let sit overnight. Thaw then bake in the oven as above.
