Ingredients:  
2 squares bitter chocolate, 2 cups milk
Heat together on low heat until chocolate is melted.
In a separate sauce pan add
2 egg yolks to 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup flour & 1/2 tsp salt.
Pour milk mixture over dry mixture & egg yolks, stirring constantly over low heat until thick. Add 2 tsp vanilla & 2 tsp butter and let cool.
Pour into 2 baked, 9 inch pie shells. Cover with meringue made from 2 egg whites & 1 tsp vanilla. Add 1/2 cup sugar & beat until stiff.
Spread on pies and bake at 325 degrees until brown ---about 10 min.
