Directions:
Start at about 7 p.m. Sprinkle yeast on 1/2 cup lukewarm water an stir in one teaspoon of sugar. Let this stand for 10 minutes while you prepare the rest. Into a bowl pale the 2 cups water, oil, sugar, salt and eggs. Add the yeast mixture and 3 cups flour and beat until smooth. Add rest of flour, as for bread; you may need more flour if dough is still sticky. Place in bowl and let rise. Punch down. Let rise 3 times during evening then make into buns. Leave overnight in COOL place. Bake at 350º F for 15 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I find they do rise too much in warm weather. So I have to bake real early in the morning. In winter I can leave them until 6 a.m.
