1 1/2 cups Gluten-free Bake Mix
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Sugar Substitute
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup Plus 2 tbsp. Whole Milk Greek Yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly grease the paper.

Whisk all the ingredients together. Sprinkle your work surface with a little more bake mix. Dip your fingers into the bake mix and divide the dough into 10 to 12 portions. Shape each into a ball and roll to lightly coat with bake mix. Flatten the balls to about 1-inch thick.

Place biscuits close together on the prepared pan. Place on middle rack of preheated oven. Bake for 10 - 14 minutes until golden brown.
