• 3 English Muffins, split Butter split side
• 1 lb pan sausage
• 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
• 1 can chopped green chili’s drained
• 12 beaten eggs mixed with
• 1 ½ cups sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown, crumble, and drain sausage. In 9 x 13 Pyrex dish place English Muffins, ½ sausage and ½ cheese and sprinkle with ½ green chili’s. Pour egg and sour cream mixture over muffins. Top with remaining sausage, cheese, and green chili’s.

Refrigerate 12 hours and bake at 350° for 30 – 40 minutes.

You can make with light sour cream and lowfat sausage or turkey and 2% cheese
