1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1/2 C ketchup
1/3 C brown sugar
1 teas Dijon mustard
3/4 cups bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg beaten
1/4 C onion diced
1 clove garlic grated
1 cube beef bouillon cube
3 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degree. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice and Dijon mustard until smooth. In a large bowl combine meats, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, egg, bouillon. 3 T lemon juice, and 1/3 C of the ketchup mixture until well mixed. Form into a loaf and place in pan. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees until golden brown. Pour reserve mixture over loaf.
