2 1/2 cups Cooked, Diced Chicken
2/3 cup Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Grated Onion
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste

Topping
1 1/2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
3 tbsp. Heavy Cream

Directions:
Prepare crepes - 8. Combine all ingredients and fill each crepe. Sprinkle crepes with cheese and pour heavy cream over all. Bake in 350º oven 25 minutes with cover on. Remove cover and bake 5 minutes more.

Makes 8 crepes.
