2 tbsp. Almond Flour
1 tbsp. Coconut Flour
5 packets Splenda
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 Egg
1 tbsp. Butter, Melted
2 tbsp. Buttermilk or Water

Topping
1 1/2 tbsp. Almond Flour
2 packets Splenda
1 tsp. Xylitol
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Butter, Cold
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Mix topping ingredients in a separate bowl. Cut butter in with a fork until crumbly. Spread on top of cake. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
