This makes a lot of cookies!

6 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup butter
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter and sour cream; beat for 2 minutes. Add flour, baking soda and salt; stir until well mixed. Chill for at least 1 hour. Roll out about 1/4 inch thick on lightly floured board, use cookie cutters to shape. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 400º. Cookies will be slightly brown on the edges. If under cooked they will not be puffed up. Cool and frost with your favorite frosting and decorate!
