2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c." Cross" self-rising cornmeal
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put margarine in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Place in oven and melt margarine. Remove from oven. While margarine is melting, measure cornmeal into 4 qt. mixing bowl. Crack eggs into cup. Measure milk, set aside. Pour boiling water over cornmeal while beating with a mixer. Beat in eggs add milk. Beat well. Pour into pan, Bake 20 minutes or until brown.
