1 lb. Ground Beef
1/4 c. Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Oregano
3 c. Cornflakes, crushed
1 tbsp. Butter
1/2 c. Mushrooms, finely chopped
1/4 c. Green Pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. Cottage Cheese
1/2 c. Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, oregano, and cornflakes. Save some cornflakes for topping. Mix well. Roll meat mixture between wax paper to form 9x9. Melt butter in a saucepan to saute the mushrooms and green pepper. Fry until slightly tender. Remove from heat and mix with cottage cheese. Spread mixture over meat and sprinkle the grated cheese. Roll up meat to form a roll. Coat roll with remaining cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
