1 Pound of Ground Beef
1 cup of Spaghetti sauce
1.5 cups of ricotta cheese
12 Wanton wrapper
Shredded Cheese Mozzarella or Colby
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1.Brown and drain ground beef.
2. Add Spaghetti sauce to meat mixture. Stir to combine and set aside.
3. Mix one and a half cups of ricotta cheese with a healthy pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Coat a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray, and arrange a wanton wrapper into each cup.
5. Take half the ricotta mixture and divide it among the 12 cups.
6. Top with half of the meat sauce…
7. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
8. Press another wanton wrapper into each cup, arranging it in the opposite direction of the first wrapper for aesthetics.
9. And repeat the layers one more time. Add the remaining half of the ricotta cheese, the rest of the meat sauce and top with more shredded cheese.
10. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
