2 1/2 cups of milk
1 stick of margarine or butter
2 1/2 cups warm water
dash salt
2 cups sugar
3 yeast cakes
1 egg
12 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and margarine or butter. Let cool to 110 degrees.
Activate yeast according to directions on package.
In large bowl, add warm water (less what was used to activate yeast), dash of salt, sugar and yeast.
Add milk/margarine mixture.
Add egg and flour.
Start kneading the dough.
You may need to add more flour to get the desired consistency.
Butter your hands and knead into a big ball.
Put in a greased bowl and cover with wet towel and let raise, approximately 2 hours or twice the size. After 1 hour, punch the dough and let it continue to raise.
Divide dough into 6 grapefruit size balls.
Put flour on surface and roll dough out into a circle, 1/8 " thick.
Spread butter to cover dough.
Cut circle into 4 equal sections. Cut each section into 3 triangles.
Roll each triangle, tucking the ends.
Place rolls on cookie sheets and cover with towels and let raise until they double in size. This may take several hours.
Cook at 350 for 15 minutes.
Brush warm rolls with butter.º
