BROCCOLI SLAW:

1 pkg. Broccoli Slaw mix (16 oz.), 2 pkg. Ramen Noodles (chicken),
1 C. Celery, 1 C. Oil,
1/2 C. Sugar, 1/3 C. Vinegar,
1 chopped med. red Onion, 3 oz. slivered Almonds.

Rinse slaw. In a separate bowl mix oil, vinegar & sugar. Mix the flavor pkt. into the oil. Break the dry noodles into small pieces. Add slaw, celery, onions & almonds. Blend together and let set overnight.

Variations: green or red pepper, sunflower seeds. Add Teriyaki & soy sauce to oil for an Oriental flair.

EASY SLAW: 1 bag Broccoli Slaw Mix, 1 jar Slaw Dressing, 1 chopped Apple & 1 small pkg. slivered Almonds. Mix right before your guest arrive.
OR
1 bag pre-shredded Coleslaw, 1 pkg. Concord Foods Coleslaw mix (Kroger) 3/4 C. Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing. Cover & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
