1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons of cream
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
3 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoon of molasses
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 egg
3 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups of white flour
1/3 cup of sunflower seeds
1/3 cup of flax
3 teaspoons of yeast (heaping)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix up very warm water, creams, salt, honey, molasses, oil, seeds, flax and beaten egg. Mix well.
2. Add four and yeast.
3. Let breadmaker do the kneading.
4. Take out after dough cycle and let rise 45 minutes.
5. Cook in 350 oven for 30 minutes (approximately).
