2 lbs. Breakfast Sausage
1 can or 28 oz. Tomatoes
3/4-1 c. Brown Sugar
3 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
Pinch Salt and Pepper
1/4 c. Vinegar
2-3 Onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Remove from pan and drain grease. Fry onions in pan and add sausage and tomatoes. Combine brown sugar, corn starch, dry mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add to skillet on low-medium heat with sausage and tomato. Heat until thickened.Add vinegar and chopped onion. Simmer until heated and sausage is cooked. Serve with rice.
