1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients well with a mixer, until smooth. Fill paper lined muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
Frost with your favorite frosting.
