2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 jars plum baby food
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325º
1. Mix all ingredients together, except for powdered sugar, in a bowl and beat thoroughly.
2. Pour into a tube pan sprayed with Pam and bake at 325º about 1 hour 15 minutes. Check after 1 hour.
3. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
