Ingredients:  
Double ingredients for 10 - 12 people
1 head lettuce, torn or cut
1 red onion sliced (optional)
1 cucumber, peeled or scored, cut up
4 green onions, sliced
1 cup Edam cheese (or Swiss or cheddar) shredded
1 cup chicken or turkey, cut in strips
1 cup ham cut in strips
1/2 cup radish thinly sliced (optional)
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
3 large hard boiled eggs cut in wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Tear/cut lettuce into bowl or single serving bowls.

Add next 7 ingredients to lettuce being sure to save enough of each item for garnish. Arrange over top of salad in attractive design. Garnish with tomato wedges and hard cooked eggs. Serve with attractive design.

Note: adding half romaine or other greens gives more interest
