1 cup of sugar
6 T. Butter, cut in pieces
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar in a medium saucepan stirring constantly,being careful not to burn. Stir until melted. Once sugar is melted, add butter,be careful this will bubble. After butter is melted, drizzle cream into mixture while whisking, boil for one minute. Remove from heat and add salt. Cool before using.
