1 box Jiffy Yellow Cake mix (or 1/2 box of BC or Pillsbury Cake mix)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter
3 pounds granny smith or macintosh apples

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon. Layer in 9 x 13 buttered baking dish (or similar size casserole dish) starting with apples and ending with streusel mix. Pour melted butter over the top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
