1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt

White Sugar (or Cinnamon Sugar) for rolling the dough balls in

Directions:
Cream oil, butter, margarine and sugars together. Mix in vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Form dough into small balls and roll in white sugar. Place on baking sheet and press down on cookie dough to flatten. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes.

This is a tasty crispy cookie. It also makes a fantastic snickerdoodle, if you roll it in cinnamon Sugar
