1/2 cup oil
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb chicken livers
1 large onions chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
chicken broth (optional if recipe dry)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp red pepper
2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy skillet heat oil, add ground beef and chicken liver, and fry until mixture is brown, Stirring often. Add the onions, bell peppers, and garlic to mixture. Cook until wilted. Drain oil from mixture. Add broth, salt and pepper. Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes. Add the rice and toss the mixture until rice is hot, Serve.
