6 ears (4-5 cups) of corn, peeled and cut off cob
1 cucumber, chopped small
4 roma tomatoes, chopped small
4 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
3 limes, juiced
1 red pepper, chopped small
2 jalapenos, seeded and diced small
salt and pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix well, chill and serve.
