TOMATO BASIL/DILL SOUP:

4 C. Chicken Broth, 1 can (29oz) Tomato Sauce,
1 can (29oz) petite diced Tomatoes, 1 can (14oz) Artichokes,
1 tsp. Basil or Dill, Salt & Pepper to taste,
Red Pepper flakes (optional), either 1 pkg. crumble Blue Cheese or 1 C. grated Mozzarella Cheese or 1 C. heavy Cream (if use Dill).

Put all ingredients in to a crock pot or large stock pot and heat through.

BROCCOLI/CHEESE SOUP:

10-12 oz. Broccoli, 2 Chicken Bouillon cubes (dissolve in 2 C. hot water), 1/4 C. Butter, 3-4 T. Onion, 1 lg. can evaporated Milk & 1 C. Velveeta Cheese.
Cook broccoli (save juice), dissolve chicken bouillon. Saute' onion in butter. Add bouillon, salt, pepper & broccoli. Simmer 8-10 minutes. Add cheese - then milk.....Serve....Enjoy!

Another simple recipe is to combine 1 can Campbell tomato soup, 1 can Progresso tomato basil soup, and celery salt to taste. Heat & serve. Either is great with grilled cheese.
