Ingredients: 1-1 1/2 lb. lean ground Chuck, 1 container Bloomers Chili, 1 lg. Onion, diced, 1 pkt. Chili-O Seasoning Mix, 1 15oz. can Chili ready Tomatoes, 1 can 15oz. Chili Beans, 1 can dark Kidney Beans, 1 lg. can Tomato Juice.
In a large pot, brown the ground beef with the diced onion over medium heat. Drain. Stir in Bloomers chili (microwave for 30 seconds to soften) and a container of water. Lower heat to simmer - add pkt. of Chili-O seasoning mix & stir until well mixed. Add diced tomatoes, chili beans, kidney beans & tomato juice. Stir well and simmer on low for 30-60 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn heat off & let sit until ready to eat. YUM!

Directions:WHITE CHILI: 1 can Great Northern Beans, 4 C. chicken Broth, 2 cloves Garlic, 2 med. Onions/chopped, 1 T. Olive Oil, 2 (4oz) chopped green chili Peppers, 1 T. Cumin, 2 (15oz) cans white Corn, 2 tsp. Oregano, 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper, 4 C. cooked Chicken Breast/cut in to bite size pieces. Monterey Jack Cheese/shredded, Salsa & Sour Cream.
Saute' onions & garlic in oil, in large pot. Add all ingredients. Simmer for an hour. Garnish with salsa & sour cream. Sprinkle w/cheese. Serve with corn bread. |

Notes: This regular chili is quick & easy. You can add a can of refried beans, a jalapeno pepper, hot chili beans or can of green chilis to give it a kick. I like to serve w/cheddar cheese or Phil. cream cheese and crackers. The white chili has a kick. So good!
