1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 - 3 1/2 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
1 - 6 oz. chocolate chips bits
1 c. chopped pecans
1 - 4 oz. German's sweet chocolate, melted
1 c. flaked coconuts

Preheat oven to 325° to 350° depending on your oven.
1. In large bowl, mix yellow cake, pudding, water, and oil.
2. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.
3. Stir in sour cream, chocolate chips bits, pecans, melted German chocolate, and coconut.
4. Pour batter into a well greased tube pan. Bake at 325° for 55 minutes.
5. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Mom got this recipe from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution in 1993. It was the most requested recipe at that time for the Atlanta paper! I made this recipe for my friends while writing this cookbook and it got a thumbs up!
