1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:

Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl and blend well. Combine egg yolks and milk and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients. Add oil and stir. Carefully fold in whipped egg whites. Do not over mix. Pour into preheated waffle iron. Close and bake according to iron directions.
