4 to 6 bell peppers
Italian bread crumbs

Fill with dirty rice mixture (See Recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Clean and slice peppers in half. Add peppers to boiling water until light green. Drain peppers and fill with dirty rice mixture. (See Recipe) Sprinkle top of pepper with bread crumbs, Place peppers in baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Serve!
