5 lbs shrimp
2 sticks butter
2 cloves diced garlic
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
1/2 cup favorite BBQ sauce
1 T liquid smoke
1/2 cup White vermouth (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter add garlic and cook on low fire until soft. Add salt and pepper and liquid smoke. (May substitute Cajun seasoning for salt and pepper) Add BBQ sauce and vermouth (optional). Rinse shrimp, do not peel. Pour enough of sauce to cover bottom of baking dish. Place shrimp in baking dish and place rest of sauce on top of shrimp. Make sure that shrimp are covered with sauce. Place in oven preheated to 375 degrees. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Shrimp should be pink. Serve with bread for dipping.

Don's Hint: Serve with french bread. Dip your bread in BBQ sauce for great taste, If you prefer you can use a sweet BBQ sauce and skip the liquid smoke, Just as good for those who have a sweet tooth.
