2 C. toasted Bread cubes and 2 C. diced/cooked Turkey Breast
SAUCE: 1 C. Butter (2 sticks), 2/3 C. Flour, Salt & Pepper to taste, 1 1/2 C. Half and Half, 1 1/2 C. heavy Whipping Cream, 1 C. Milk, 1 1/4 C. shredded Parmesan Cheese, 1 1/4 C. shredded Cheddar Cheese.
TOPPING: 1/2 C. cooked Bacon/ chopped. 1/2 C. diced Tomatoes. 1/2 C. shredded Parmesan Cheese. Heat oven 350. Place bread cubes in bottom of a 2 qt. casserole, top w/sliced turkey-set aside. SAUCE: Melt butter over low heat. Slowly whisk flour, salt & pepper, cook 5 min. until begins to brown. Wisk in half & half, slowly whisk in heavy whipping cream & milk. Add cheese, remove from heat-smooth. Pour sauce over bread & turkey. Sprinkle bacon & parmesan cheese on top of sauce.

Bake 20-25 minutes until hot & bubbly. (It is very rich)

Simple:
You can just put a piece of toast, put sliced turkey over it, roux sauce w/cheddar cheese over that, put 2 slices bacon and slice of tomato over & pour sauce over that w/parmesan cheese over top.

We had this at Theresa Meyers' house for a family reunion - Party in your mouth! Too good!!! Serve with slaw or green salad & a light dessert (Chocolate cake). Hot Brown was created & still served in the Brown Hotel, downtown Louisville. Those from out of town love it - have never heard of it.
