2-3 cups of Chicken (cooked & diced), 1pint Chicken stock or bouillon,
2 stalks of Celery, 1 Onion/ chopped,
3 T. Butter, 1 C. Mushrooms,
1/3 C. light Cream or Milk, 1 (10oz) can Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup, 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar Cheese, Salt & Pepper to taste, 1/2 lb. Spaghetti (Vermicelli), 1/3 C. grated Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 C. dry Vermouth (optional).
Cook onions & celery in the butter until tender.Add chicken stock & seasonings, simmer 15 min. Slowly add mushroom soup & cheese. Cook spaghetti. Mix all ingredients. Pour in 9X13 pan. 350* for 30 min.

CHEESY CHICKEN CRESENT DINNER:
1 3/4 C. cubed/cooked Chicken, 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (8 oz) Crescent Dinner Rolls, 1 C. Milk.
Preheat oven to 375. Combine chicken & 2 T. cheese. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Roll up. In medium saucepan combine soup, milk & 1/2 C. cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Pour 1/2 soup mixture in to greased 9" baking dish (reserving remaining soup mixture for sauce) Arrange crescents over hot soup mixture. Bake 20-25" or until golden brown. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Return to oven 5-10 " or until cheese melts. Serve w/remaining sauce. (Refrigerate leftovers).
