GERI'S 7 LAYER TACO DIP:
1 - 8 oz. softened Cream Cheese, dash of Salt & Pepper,
1/2 cup Sour Cream, 2 T. Mayonnaise,
Chili powder to taste, 1 T. Lemon Juice,
Garlic powder to taste, chopped Onion.

Mix above ingredients & spread on platter. Layer in order: lettuce, tomato, onions, grated cheese, black olives (optional) & taco sauce. Serve with Tostitos. Serves 30 & takes about 30 minutes to prepare. Can add refried beans if you like.

BLT BITES:

16-20 Cherry Tomatoes, 1/2 - 1 lb. Bacon (cooked & crumbled),
1/2 C. Mayonnaise, 1/3 C. Green Onions (chopped), 3 T. Parmesan Cheese (grated), 2 T. snipped fresh Parsley.

Cut a thin slice off each tomato top - scoop out & discard pulp. Invert tomatoes on to paper towel to let drain. In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients - mix well. Spoon in to tomatoes. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
