3-4 lbs chicken 1/3 cup chopped chicken 3 T butter 3/4 c ketchup 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup vinegar 3 T brown sugar 1 T worceshire sauce 2 tsp prepared mustard 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper
Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In saucepan saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Pour over chicken. Cover with aluminun foil. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
