6 medium jalapeno peppers
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
6 strips uncooked bacon
2 tablespoons coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
1 tablespoon chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan. Set aside.
Cut jalapeno peppers in half and core each half. Set aside. In a small bowl, beat cheeses until creamy. Spoon filling evenly into jalapeno halves.
Cut bacon strips in hlaf width-wise. Wrap filled jalapenos in bacon and place in a single layer prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine sugar and chili powder. Sprinkle over jalapeno peppers.
Bake jalapeno poppers at 350F 18-20 minutes, or until bacon is firm and peppers are soft. Cool slightly before serving warm.
